Thank you so much! I am so glad that I purchased the full weekend pass. I am fully back into my salsa mode. After not practicing for 2 years it was good to get back into it all again. I even got my boyfriend and his sister and brother-in-law to come! My boyfriend had one flaw, he couldn't dance and didn't want to, but after he took a few beginner courses at the Boston Salsa Congress over the weekend he has decided that he loves Salsa too because he understands the beat, the purity of the basic step and he gets to be the leader! We bought Eddie the Salsa freak beginner and intermediate DVD's so he could practice more at home and I bought some wonderful practice shoes. (I even sprung for a few Salsa T-shirts!) Thank you for supplying us with a great facility (Spring Step was amazing!), fabulous instructors and awesome tools. It was great to see what a large community of Salsaeros that we have here in Boston. |

On behalf of Darlin and myself, we just want to thank you guys for inviting us to perform in Boston. It was one of the most fun congresses i've been too. The pool parties were great and everyone there was really cool. Thanks to Olaf for letting us all crash on Thursday night and to Troy for keeping "Camp Troy" well-organized. Just wanted to say thank you again for helping Junior out with the fashion shows. We all appreciate the publicity and the time that you gave him. Also, I wanted to mention that we thought the Congress was fantastic. You guys have all really outdone yourselves to make these events come together. Let's not forget to mention the great music from the DJ's and the Band on Sunday!! Also, the great Colombian food that was offer by Andres and Johnny's family. I love Colombian food! Bandeja Paisa Baby!! Andres has a great talent for painting! I love his creations! I'm saving some money to get the "Mi guaguanco" paint ! So just to let you guys know I called out first! |
