EVERY SECOND FRIDAY EACH MONTH
- Fabulous facility set in an old church, large dance floor!
- Complimentary Salsa/Merengue Dance lessons by Hips on Fire,
Salsaboston, and special guest instructors, 9pm
- Live band once/month
- Salsa/Merengue DJ
- Full Bar

The Jorge Hernández Cultural Center

Hard Time Parking? No need to worry anymore!
When you arrive to the venue, the Jorge Hernandez
Cultural Center staff will be at the door to give you a map to our
parking lot, which is less than one minute away from the Center. $5
per car donation to youth softball and there is a
Shuttle Van that will drive you back and forth. The parking lot is
guarded by on-site security and best of all, you park and take your keys
with you. The whole process does not take more than a couple of minutes
and it sure beats driving around for hours looking for a free spot.
Remember...
El Bembé is not only a unique music and dance
experience;
- Proceeds from the box office and the bar are
re-invested into the arts programs and the Cultural Center.
Proceeds from the shuttle van benefit the South End Youth Baseball
League
- El Bembé celebrates our local and regional
Latino talent featuring some of the best Salsa&Merengue
orchestras
- El Bembé attracts a diverse audience from
all ethnic backgrounds and, beginner, intermediate, advanced and
professional Salsa&Merengue dancers, as well as Latin music
enthusiasts
