Vendor Opportunities
Vendor tables are available throughout the Congress. Vendors typically
sell clothing and shoes, accessories, dance videos, food, photographs,
and corporate products (ex: banks, cellular, etc.)
Vending hours include the following:

Rates are very reasonable:
Friday Night: $150
Saturday and Sunday*: $300
Full Congress (Friday Night, Saturday, Sunday)**: $400
* vendors are expected to participate on both
days for event continuity. In some cases exceptions can be made,
depending on the circumstances.
** includes ad in the event program and an online
presense as a sponsoring advertiser.
For those not familiar with the event and vending opportunties,
basically it works as follows: during the days (Saturday/Sunday),
dancers will be participating in workshops throughout the day, and
mingling in the breaks. The "Mambo Mall" will be set up
prominently in the areas of the venue where mingling occurs, and
many patrons of the event expect to do some shopping. The patrons
during the day are dedicated Salsa dancers, from around the country,
and we expect about 100-200 in the building at any time throughout
the day.
In the evenings, a larger, more diverse group of dancers join the
event, largely from the local dance population. Expected attendance,
400-500, of all ages.
Over the course of the event, we expect about 800 different individuals
to come through the doors.
